PHILOSOPHY
Encounters can change a person's life.
Looking back, pivotal moments in my life have always been defined by "encounters."
My first such encounter was with classical ballet, which I studied from childhood.
It wasn't just the performers on stage; there were stage directors, lighting and sound technicians, production staff, and the audience watching it all unfold.
Only when all these elements came together was a single production complete.
I was captivated by the realization that a work of art cannot be created by the power of any single individual alone.
Later, the encounters I experienced in the real estate industry and in business management taught me that trust between people is the foundation of everything.
And in the world of photography, through my work with numerous creators on various events and projects,
I have witnessed it time and again:
That moment when a single encounter...
...gives birth to a new creation.
...fuels someone’s new challenge.
...shifts the very course of a life.
That is why, rather than waiting for chance, I actively create opportunities for the right people to meet.
I believe that such connections lead to new creativity, set dreams in motion, and pave the way to the future.
Weaving connections together.
That is my unwavering conviction.

PROFILE
Turning Points
—Encountering Classical Ballet—
She began classical ballet at the age of three, dedicating herself to rigorous training with the goal of becoming a professional.
—Encountering the Performing Arts—
At fifteen, she was deeply moved by the beauty of the Japanese language—crafted by lyricist Tokiko Iwatani—within a production directed by Keita Asari, the founder of the Shiki Theatre Company.
Captivated by that artistic vision, she resolved to join the Shiki Theatre Company. To realize this dream, she enrolled in the Vocal Music Department at Nagoya University of the Arts to build a solid foundation in singing.
—Supporting the Stage—
While still at university, she gained experience in the production side of theater by working as a choreography instructor and assistant director for a children's theater troupe.
—Performing as a Professional Dancer—
After graduating, she moved to Tokyo.
Although she did not achieve her dream of joining the Shiki Theatre Company, her love for the stage endured, and she continued her career as a professional dancer until the age of twenty-four. She experienced many moments where the collective passion of many people came together to create a single, finished work.
—A New Challenge—
After retiring as a professional dancer, she entered the real estate industry.
She obtained a Real Estate Transaction Agent license and gained hands-on experience in sales. Learning that trust is the foundation of everything, she subsequently established her own company and expanded her business operations as an entrepreneur.
—Encountering the Photography Industry—
Around the age of twenty-six, guided by a new opportunity, she joined a major retouching company as a producer.
On the production floor, she learned the essence of creativity and deepened her understanding of the world of artistic expression.
—Another Turning Point—
At thirty-one, guided once again by a new opportunity, she joined the Sasaguchi Photography Office. After gaining hands-on experience as an assistant to photographer Etsutami Sasaguchi, she took on roles in photo production, public relations, and event planning and management, working on projects that connect numerous creators and companies.
She served as both event organizer and MC for the first large-scale event in Japan dedicated to the photography software "Capture One," creating a platform where creators from Japan and abroad could meet and learn from one another.
Her efforts earned high praise from both the software's original team and the event participants.
-Current Roles-
